Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to potential customers who have expressed an interest in our online test series or have been identified as potential leads.
- Lead Qualification: Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs, answer their queries, and qualify them as potential customers.
- Product Information: Provide detailed information about our online test series, its features, and the benefits of using our platform.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for interested customers to speak with our Sales Executives or set up product demonstrations.
- Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads and inquiries to ensure a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
- Data Management: Accurately record all customer interactions and update the CRM system with relevant information.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with any necessary information or customer insights to help them in their sales efforts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant, persuasive speaking voice.
- Proven experience in telecalling or a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and call center tools.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Patience and the ability to handle rejection gracefully.
- Knowledge of the education sector and online learning platforms is a plus.
